All Bizzi Eats meals are delivered fresh, not frozen. They are vacuum-sealed and chilled to
lock in flavor and freshness. You can refrigerate them or freeze if you’d like to enjoy them later.

Each meal comes with a clear use-by date on the label. Typically, our meals last 5 to 7 days in
the fridge. If frozen, we recommend consuming them within 30 days for best taste and nutrition

Absolutely! We offer full menu flexibility, so you can pick exactly what you want each week,
no locked-in meal plans.

Yes, we offer a variety of plant-based, gluten-free, and low-carb options. Just look for the
dietary tags on each product or use the filters on our menu to browse meals that match your

Yes! We clearly label the macros (protein, carbs, fats) and calories for every meal. Whether
you’re aiming to bulk up, lean down, or maintain, we’ve got meals that suit every goal.

Meals come in microwave-safe containers. Just remove the film slightly and microwave for 2–3
minutes or until hot. Heating instructions are printed on every meal label.

Please review each meal’s ingredient list carefully. While we try to minimize risk, our meals are
prepared in a kitchen that handles common allergens such as nuts, dairy, gluten, soy, eggs, and
seafood. We cannot guarantee allergen-free meals.

Not at all! You can make a one-time purchase anytime. We also offer a subscription option for
those who want regular deliveries with the convenience of auto-renewal and a discount, too.

You can cancel or edit your order up to 48 hours before your scheduled delivery day. Simply
contact our support team for help.

We’re here to help. If you receive an incorrect, damaged, or missing item, please contact our
customer service team as soon as possible. We’ll investigate and arrange a replacement, credit,
or refund where appropriate.

Yes, Bizzi Eats meals are 100% Halal. We source all our meats and ingredients from certified
Halal suppliers and ensure our meals are prepared following Halal practices. There is no crosscontamination with non-Halal items in our kitchen, and our team is trained to maintain strict
