Returns Policy – Bizzi Eats

At Bizzi Eats, we’re committed to delivering fresh, high-quality meals and a reliable experience every time. We understand that things don’t always go to plan, and we’re here to help if something isn’t right with your order

This policy includes your rights under the Australian Consumer Law, and applies to all purchases made directly through Bizzi Eats.

If There’s a Problem with Your Order

If you’ve received:

  •  An incorrect item,
  • A damaged or spoiled meal,
  • Or something that doesn’t match what you ordered,

please contact our customer support team as soon as possible on the day of delivery. We may request photos or other information to help us assess the issue quickly and accurately.

We aim to resolve concerns fairly and efficiently. Depending on the situation, we may offer a replacement, store credit, or a refund.

When Returns or Refunds Don’t Apply

Please note that we cannot provide returns or compensation in the following situations:

  • You changed your mind after the order was delivered.
  • The meals were damaged or spoiled due to being left unattended after delivery.
  • The delivery address provided was incorrect or unattended during the delivery window.
Once your order is delivered to the nominated address, the responsibility for safe handling and storage transfers to you.

Refunds and Credits

Refunds or credits will only apply to affected items and will not include the delivery fee or the cost of any unaffected meals in the same order.
